Double Gold Winner of the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
This award-winning, single barrel Tepeztate is made from select wild and cultivated maguey in Santa Catarina Minas, Oaxaca. Using sustainable practices, such as replanting three plants in the wild for every one Agave plant harvested, Los Perdidos uses intention and care with every small batch bottling—only around 350 bottles produced.
After distilling in traditional clay pot stills, the spirits are then rested in fine French oak barrels previously used for Cognac, Armagnac and Calvados. The tight-grained European oak used in these casks highlights the spirits' inherent flavors and aromatics, while never dominating the agave spirit. It is then bottled undiluted at full barrel-strength. Made from mature 18-23 year old maguey, these intriguing expressions are reflective of the Santa Catarina Minas microclimate and the Los Perdidos method.
