Description
The 2023 Domaine André Bonhomme Viré-Clessé "Les Pierres Blanches" is an organic white Burgundy crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes sourced from 2 hectares of parcels 10 to 40 years old that are planted on clay and limestone soil with a high quantity of small stones throughout the vineyards. It is at a higher elevation than most of their other vineyards at 340 meters. Yields are 50 hl/ha. The wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel for 18 months. This wine is fresh and fruity, with notes of pineapple and honey.
