Ichinokura’s signature sake since 1977. Mukansa was one of the first dry sakes brewed by the Ichinokura brewery and continues to be a favorite. While the grade of the sake is Honjozo, this only refers to how much the rice has been polished, not how delicious it tastes. Mukansa is a prime example; it offers a hazelnut aroma on the nose with a creamy, herbal flavor on the palate that ends with a satisfying dash of bitterness.
