Description
The Bordiga Extra Dry takes all the herbal complexity and concentration of the classic bianco but with the sweetness removed. Based on Piedmontese white wines, including some Moscato, and infused with more than 30 different botanicals, many of them grown in the Occitan Alps near the winery, and the macerations are done individually and in-house.
