Description
The Bianco is the flagship of the legendary house of Bordiga, it is a classic and wonderfully complex example of old-school Piemontese vermouth. Made on a base of various white wines from Piedmont, including Moscato, and infused with more than thirty different botanicals, many of which are grown in the Occitan Alps near the winery. The flavor of this vermouth is complex and vivid, with an excellent balance of sweetness and bitterness. All of the herbal infusions are done individually and in-house, and the interplay of the components here is distinctive and delicious. Great for a white Negroni.
