95% Rye and 5% Barley. Small batched Rye Whiskey from Indiana, aged no less than four years. Bottled at a bold and cocktail-friendly 100 proof. Warm notes of cherry cordial open the show, spreading across the palate where they are joined by hints of spicy clove, caraway, and cracked black pepper. Smooth enough to sip, but also makes a fabulous choice to elevate a classic cocktail.
