This Apricot Eau de Vie Brandy is made from estate grown apricots. They are de-stoned, fermented and distilled on site in a custom Copper Pot Still that is specifically designed for Fruit Brandy distillation. This is a luscious brandy with notes of fleshy apricot fruit and jam that coat the palate. The finish is long as it imparts undertones of white pepper and minerality. Super elegant and perfect as an after dinner digestif. For fun, try a splash in soda water with a dried orange garnish.
