This Dry Hopped Saison features a blend of Centennial and Hallertau Blanc. Using the same grist as previous batches, the flaked wheat give a touch of heft to a beer that finishes very dry. The dry hop is a 50/50 split between American grown Centennial and German grown Huell Melon. Drinking this beer reminds us of indoor grown red Fruit Stripe gum, the picturesque countryside of Belgium, and standing in the Coca-Cola Cool Zone at Six Flags. 5.5% ABV
