One of our favorite Champagnes in a convenient little half bottle! The "eye of the partridge" is Vesselle's very special Blanc de Noirs, a 100% Pinot Noir cuvée with a beautiful pink hue. Our regulars know we love finding tiny producers who handcraft small lots of wine. Nowhere in the shop is that more evident than in our Champagne selection, where we choose to focus on small growers who produce just a few precious drops of bubbly. This 'Farmer Fizz' represents outstanding value, but there is one risk: they make so little, that if you fall in love with them, you may not see them again for another year. This is the case with this beautiful wine made by the young Delphine Vesselle. Her father Jean passed away in 1996, and today she says her goal is to make wines that honor him and their more than three hundred year family winegrowing heritage.
