The nose is full of vanilla and melon. The sake has a smooth start and an equally smooth finish with a middle made up of cantaloupe and citrus undertones. The viscosity lends a fruity flavor, but the taste is refreshingly dry.
Produced by the Shibata Gomei Brewery in the Japanese prefecture of Aichi. Pure, flavorful, clean, dry and smooth. Look for notes of melons, green apples and vanilla. Nice, even viscosity with a smooth, clean finish.
