This is the first Mezcal we've launched, distilled in a copper still and from a region other than Siete Misterios' traditional one: Sola de Vega. After three years of watching Mezcal flood the best places in Mexico and enamoring the most demanding palates around the world, we saw a gap where Mezcal could reach more people and diversify its enjoyment; through cocktails. For this reason, we decided to launch this well-balanced Mezcal, one that had all the characteristics of a great Mezcal to be enjoyed on its own, as well as having enough character and strength to be mixed behind the bars without ever losing its essence. With 44% ABV, it has the perfect balance to coexist in both worlds, and its aromas and flavors are sublimely perceived both on the nose and in the mouth.
