Double Gold at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. This whiskey derives its name from the grain it's made from, Centennial Wheat, an heirloom soft white spring wheat grown for Laws by the Cody family in the San Luis Valley. Laws Whiskey House Centennial Wheat is also the first Colorado-made wheat whiskey to meet the standards of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897.
AROMAS: Mountain strawberries, orange marmalade, alpine meadow and wildflower honey.
FLAVORS: Jasmine tea, sage, spruce tips and pink peppercorn.
MASH BILL: 100% soft white Centennial spring wheat.
