Blended and bottled at Springbank Distillers, this blended malt scotch is a result of all five malts from the region’s three major distilleries—Springbank, Glengyle and Glen Scotia. The juice is matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks, giving the nose a distinct buttery note, and a hint of sea salt along with notes of ginger snap cookies and pecan pie. The palate is rich with creamy coffee, salted caramel and brown sugar with a subtle hint of peat smoke. The peat smoke builds in the finish, with a leathery note developing over time.
