Unpeated and distilled from 100% barley. The nose is slightly fruity, with orchard fruits, raw honey and a tinge of florality as it opens up. There is a viscosity to the palate, with notes of buttered toast and dried apricots. The finish long but delicately sweet with faint minerality.
