Sometimes there is nothing better than an Aperol spritz on a warm summer evening. The bitterness of the Aperol mixed with a bright, fresh pear-scented Prosecco makes for a highly addictive apéritif! To make a perfect spritz, fill a wine glass with ice and use the following measurements:
- 3 oz dry Prosecco
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz club soda (or unflavored sparkling water)
- Garnish: 1 fresh orange slice. Saluti!
