County Line is the second label from the folks behind the small production and limited Radio Coteau wines. Thus, it's fair to say they know their way around Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. And it also seems to be the case that the County Line wines have a lightness and subtleness to them while the Radio Coteau wines are fuller, stronger and richer. That's exactly why we love showcasing the County Line Pinot Noir which is barrel aged in neutral French oak. This 2022 harbors the same pretty, floral just-cut red rose aromas on the nose and has an almost delicate, yet structured touch on the palate with flavors of cherry, strawberry and a little tart raspberry. The finish is silky and persistent, making for a lovely, pretty Pinot!
