Description
This is Sean Thackery's 30th vintage of the Pleiades. It is a unique blend of mostly Sangiovese, Viognier, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Mourvedre. It has a floral perfume and a round, robust palate with flavors of black cherry and currant. The jammy fruit character is balanced with smooth tannins and ample acidity. The wine finishes clean, with lingering notes of vanilla and spice. A terrific value and a delicious wine that is so versatile, it can be paired with a variety of different dishes.
