Description
Pliny the Elder is brewed with Amarillo, Centennial, CTZ, and Simcoe hops. It is well-balanced with malt, hops, and alcohol, slightly bitter with a fresh hop aroma of floral, citrus, and pine. Best enjoyed FRESH! California-American Double/Imperial IPA- 8% ABV. Bronze Medal 2014 GABF.
A deliciously hoppy beer with a lasting white head. Citrusy aromas of grapefruit, orange, and lemon are balanced by bready malts. Flavors of hops dominate, with a very mild malt presence. ABV: 8.0%
