This is a single malt whisky, certified organic and aged in a combination of Bourbon and Cognac barrels. Once the aging process is complete it is then finished in French red wine casks. Made from 100% organic barley grown on the Rozelieures estate, this expression delivers elegance, smooth texture, and subtle spice- representing the purity and innovation of French whisky terroir. Red berries, caramel and vanilla stand out on the palate, while the finish has notes of brioche and cereal with a hint of lingering spice.
