Brauerei Heinrich Reissdorf is considered one of the preeminent brewers of Kölsch, and we can certainly understand why, considering its beautiful balance, complexity and perfectly crisp character! Aromas of cracker-like malt, baked bread and fragrant hops are followed by a bright acidity and a hint of spice on the medium-bodied palate. More floral hop notes are revealed on the palate, and a pleasant note of toasted barley leads the way to the full-flavored yet refreshingly crisp finish. Perfect on its own, this would also be absolutely delicious alongside fish and chips or grilled oysters! ABV: 4.80%
