Prado Pastis de Marseille is a local favorite in the south of France and is the direct descendant of the infamous absinthe. Its distinctive flavor comes from licorice and seeds of the anise plant. Smooth and full flavored, with a very refreshing edge, excellent in the late spring or summertime—but we enjoy it year round.
