Description
Ephémère is a collaboration by Frédéric Savart and Maison Drémont. Conceived in 2014, after noticing there were prime vineyards in Champagne that were not being adequately appreciated, the idea was to promote these prime sites and create a small business out of it.
Multi-vintage Rosé - 85% 2016 & 15% 2015
Bottled July 2017 (5 years sur lie).
86% White, mostly from Petite Montagne de Reims, Riceys and Nogent l'Abbesse.
14% Red from Sermiers & Verzenay.
Disgorged in July 2022. Dosage 2 g/L.
