This Pet-Nat is refreshing and delicious. 100% Trajadura, one of the varieties grown in Vinho Verde. This RAZA PET-NAT reflects a minimal-intervention approach, letting nature dictate with wild yeasts and using minimal sulfur. The spontaneous fermentation ends in the bottle, capturing all the pleasant CO2. This refreshing fizzy wine is packed with fruity and vibrant orchard flavors.
