Description
Pojer e Sandri Brut Rosé Metodo Classico is a refined sparkling wine made from equal parts of organically farmed Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, grown on the cool alpine slopes of Trentino Alto Adige, and crafted in the traditional bottle-fermented style. The nose opens with fresh red berries—think wild strawberry and raspberry—layered with notes of pomegranate, pink grapefruit zest and hints of rose petal, complemented by subtle brioche and almond tones from extended lees aging. On the palate, it is dry, crisp and beautifully balanced, combining lively acidity with a creamy, refined texture. Flavors of red currant, cranberry, citrus and a touch of white peach unfold alongside gentle pastry notes and a faint mineral edge, reflecting its alpine origins. The finish is clean, precise and refreshing, with a lingering savory and floral nuance.
