Description
A blend of 74% Chardonnay from Cramant, Mesnil, Avize and Oger Grand Crus, 26% Pinot Noir from Ambonnay & Bouzy. Cuvée Éphémère 025 is the result of the collaboration between Fréderic Savart and Drémont Père & Fils. It is a blend of Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs, coming exclusively from Grand Cru plots. The grapes come from the 2018 vintage, bottled in July 2019.
