Description
The Charles de Cazanove brand is one of the oldest in the Champagne region. It was started in 1811, by Charles Gabriel de Cazanove—an unusual deviation for a man from a long line of master glassmakers. In 1983, leading winemaker, Christophe Rapeneau, joined Charles De Cazanove. He modernized the winery to guarantee the authenticity of the wines being crafted.
This non-vintage Brut Champagne offers a fresh and lively profile with fine bubbles. Aromas of citrus, green apple, and brioche lead to a well-balanced palate featuring flavors of lemon, pear, and a hint of toastiness. The finish is crisp and clean. 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, 10% Chardonnay.
