St. Roch distillery was founded in 1968 by Natalia Levi; the Levi family has been distilling since the late 1800s, when Angelo Levi and his son Guglielmo founded their distillery in Sant’Orso, Aosta. For two centuries, the family has been producing some of the finest spirits available in Italy. The Levi family’s insistence on the use of traditional herbs and ancient production techniques coupled with modern philosophies on purity and organics has made them one of the best micro-distillers in all of Italy.
