Liqueur (crème de fruits) made from infusion of pink grapefruit zests. Intense aroma, typical of grapefruit juice, slightly zesty and floral. Very aromatic taste, good balance between bitterness, acidity and fruity, with a zesty note at the end. Perfect as an apéritif with a dry white, rosé or sparkling wine, and in cocktails.
