Produced in Chambery, France, this alpine liqueur is Dolin's oldest recipe. Made by macerating real plants and herbs and sweetening only with grape must, wine and/or sugar. While comprised of nearly 30 local alpine herbs, the most prominent is génépy, also known as mountain sage, found in the high mountains of Savoy. This legendary liqueur has a gentle sweetness and a heady herbal quality with fragrant notes of sage, mint and crushed thyme. Serve on ice or in your favorite cocktail.
