Double Cask Reserve features 100% malted barley that was individually aged for a minimum of five years in first fill bourbon casks and European red wine cuvée casks. It is then vatted together for a gradual, gentle marriage. Non-chill filtered and bottled at 48% ABV. The whisky showcases aromas of bright citrus, apricot, and butterscotch. On the palate, tart cherry mingles with milk chocolate, leading into a slow and lingering ginger spice finish.
