They say you only live once… so Cellarmaker Brewing Company cast aside all subtleties and nuance to put together this no-regrets IPA built on a ridiculous lineup of Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Riwaka. Bright citrus, sticky pine, blueberry kush, and passion fruit funk all collide in a big, loud, flavorful blast. It’s soft on the palate but definitely doesn’t flake on hop expression. Full-bodied, aromatic, a little dank, and a lot tropical, YOLO Once is a wild ride for the senses. 6.3% ABV.
