Description
This Port is in the category known as "vintage character", the implication being that such a wine will deliver something close to the depth, richness and complexity of a vintage port, but at a significantly more approachable price point. The Broadbents do an admirable job of it, and this is a wine that is on our counters at home all winter long. Paired with a small slice of intense blue cheese at the and of the meal or with a wedge of flourless chocolate tort, it is real treat. - Peter Granoff
