This all-new Balcones Texas Pot Still Bourbon, is distilled from roasted blue corn, Texas wheat, Texas rye and malted barley in pot stills before being matured for two years in new charred oak barrels. It is then bottled at 92 proof.
Crisp apples, honeyed notes, toasted oak, sweet corn, pie crust on the nose. The palate is sweet with honey, cream, candied nuts, leather, and sandalwood. The finish is soft and sweet, with a lingering dry spice.
