Fattoria La Rivolta is a family-owned organic winery located in Torrecuso in the heart of Campania’s Taburno DOC, Italy. Founded in 1997 by Paolo Cotroneo, the estate spans 29 hectares of calcareous-clay hills and is celebrated for producing premium, indigenous wines that honor regional traditions. 100% Coda di Volpe, its ripe bunch resembles a fox’s tail, as Pliny the Elder notes in the Naturalis Historia; an authentic native of Campania, this vine is now scarcely found outside the region. Pale golden-yellow hue. The aromas are of citrus, white fruits and sweet spices. On the lean palate, the flavors are of underripe apricot and peach, citrus pith, and a hint of earthiness and minerality on the textured finish.
