Method Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is made by Master Sommelier Ian Cauble, who is leveraging his contacts in Napa to find exceptional vineyard sourcing for his winery called Precision Wine Company. This gorgeous Cabernet comes from an estate in Saint Helena, and it is farmed organically with no pesticides, but the vineyard name itself is actually kept under wraps. The wine was aged 18 months in French oak, with about 50% of the barrels new. A blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and 10% Petit Verdot.
