Description
Ripe and plump, as any self-respecting Châteauneuf-du-Pape from the sun-warmed southern Rhône should be, but with great structure supporting the rich Grenache fruit as well. The result is an immensely satisfying red for fall and winter weather and menus to match. If you are inclined to cellar wines, the 2023 Vieux Donjon should develop well for 7-10 years.
