The 2023 Inniskillin Vidal Icewine is a lush, highly concentrated dessert wine defined by its intense tropical and stone fruit profile. On the nose, it offers an aromatic bouquet of mango, apricot, and peach peel, often accented by notes of lemon zest and warm honey. This richness carries over to the palate, which is full-bodied and silken, featuring deep flavors of candied brown sugar, lychee, and nectarine. To balance its high residual sugar, the wine is structured with a crisp, bold acidity that leads into a long, elegant finish of honeycomb and citrus.
