Description
Embruix is made using grapes from vineyards that are 30 years old or less and planted on land owned by the winery. The grape varieties used are Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet, Merlot and Syrah. The vineyards are located over broad geographical settings with varying altitudes and terrains where exposure to sunlight comes from every point of the compass. With these varying factors and with the solid base of llicorella and slate, Celler Vall Llach obtains the well-structured, complex grape must for making Embruix.
