Description
Producer notes: 100% Pinot Noir. This “little peacock” of a wine blends grapes from Sonoma Coast, Anderson Valley, Santa Rita Hills, Santa Lucia Highlands, and Carneros. Primary fermentation in open-top tanks with some stem inclusion. Malolactic and aging in a combination of stainless steel tank (80%) & French oak barrels (20%) for 10 months.
Pure Pinot Noir bursting with ripe red fruits and a subtle savory spice/tea accent. Cherry, raspberry and cranberry flavors make this one totally gulpable.
