Description
Wirsching is located in the picturesque medieval town of Iphofen in Franconia. They are one of the top producers of Silvaner, the signature grape of the region, and are now in their 14th generation of wine production. Silvaners from Iphofen are full-bodied wines with a savory finish and long ageability. The chalky gypsum soils give a great minerality to this dry but fruited German white wine.
