The 2022 Aperture Chenin Blanc is a medium-bodied, dry white wine with floral aromas of cherry blossom, melon, and peach, complemented by notes of pear, tangerine, and saline minerality on the palate. It features a fresh, clean, and nutty profile with a focused acidity, a soft mineral texture, and a clean finish, making it a versatile pairing with shellfish, fish, spicy foods, and soft cheeses.
