Description
Rich stone fruit comes forward in the form of pear and peach tones, accompanied by herbal notes. The fruit slowly gives way to smoky, spicy flavors and a refreshing minerality. Sourced from 8h of vineyards located in the highest altitude area of Avellino, at around 750m above sea level, and consists mostly of rocky-volcanic soils with a limestone-clay subsoil. It is this combination of high elevation and soils that Guido believes makes for great Fiano.
