Now, who wouldn't want to buy a bottle of this wine after reading that? Seriously, this is a great Pouilly-Fuissé, especially considering the price! Dominique Cornin is a fourth generation vintner in the village of Chaintré, in the Mâconnais region of southern Burgundy. He, along with his son, Romain, strive to make wine that shows only the purity of the Chardonnay grape, without any fancy winemaking tricks or dependence on new oak barrels to fatten their offerings. Along, with their horse, Coccinelle, they farm their vineyards organically, with great respect for nature and the land inherited from their forefathers.
