Description
Zuccardi Q Malbec is sourced from select vineyard lots in Vista Flores (3904 ft) and Paraje Altamira (3608 ft), Uco Valley. It has deep violet color with sweet tannins, dark plums, blackberries and spicy notes. It can be consumed now, but will age beautifully for several years.
The front label image illustrates the stone wall sof the Zuccardi winery rising from the Uco Valley soils symbolizing how the Andes mountains emerged millions of years ago. The range name Zuccardi Q stems from the practice of marking with a "Q" -from Quality- the oldest and uniforms plots of each vineyard, which worked with special attention to achieve grapes of exceptional quality batches. Today, the grapes which produce Zuccardi Q, come from recognized micro-regions in the Uco Valley and selected old vineyards.
