Description
Domaine U Stiliccionu is a biodynamic estate winery in the Ajaccio AOC region in the south-western part of the French island of Corsica. Winemaker, Sébastien Poly's Vermentino is the only white wine he makes, and is named after his daughter. It is whole cluster pressed and fermented entirely in stainless steel.
