Castello Romitorio is a relative youngster in the region with 30 years of winemaking. Their style incorporates the history of classic Brunello with a modern edge. The wine is densely packed with fruit, tobacco, herbs and leather. It's structure is one for the cellar, but it delivers enough pleasure in it's youth to enjoy with a hearty steak dinner.
