Description
All the different plots and varieties are vinified separately in concrete tanks and wooden tanks, with slow fermentations and soft extractions. The blend for this 2020 is made of 76% Sangiovese, 14% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aromas and flavors of black currant, black olive tapenade, violet, and cedar dominate this red for now, with purity and precision, while densely woven tannins add to the velvety texture.
