Description
Over the last several years, Pontet Canet has been one of the hottest estates in Bordeaux. Located right next to Mouton Rothschild in Pauillac, this is the one Bordeaux that we highly recommend to all our collectors to buy just about every vintage.
A blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot. Half was aged in new French oak, while 15% was matured in second fill barrels and 35% in cement amphorae.
