Description
Lambrusco Rosé di Sorbara Spumante D.O.C. is made from a selection of the finest Sorbara grapes, harvested exclusively by hand in crates of 17 kg maximum. The clusters are handled with care to prevent any damage during transport and arrival at the winery. Pressing is carried out according to strict fractioning criteria. The must undergoes clarification followed by alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled steel vats. After six months, it is supplemented with carefully selected yeasts and bottled. The bottles complete their refermentation lying horizontally at a constant temperature of 12°C. After rémuage (riddling) and subsequent dégorgement (disgorging), the liqueur d’expédition is added.
This Lambrusco presents itself in a beautiful, delicate pink "dress," traced by a gentle mousse of fine carbonic bubbles. A magical nose with a bouquet rich in aromatic memories of raspberry and wild strawberry, combined with notes of old rose and hints of pomegranate. Vigorously acidic on the palate, with that touch of refined savoriness that makes it as inviting to sip as it is to pair with food. Good-bodied.
