The 2015 Valpolicella Classico Superiore lifts with unprecedented freshness as a beautiful mix of fresh cherries, cloves and cedar is complemented by rosy florals. This is a model of purity, slightly salty in character, with crisp red fruits and sweet spice nuances. It tapers off lightly structured and perfumed, leaving the palate perfectly reset as a tinge of minerality lingers. The warm vintage 2015 is complex yet finessed. Half of the fruit is dried for two months, before six years in barrel.
